For a truly memorable evening, guests may gather around the cowboy cauldron for a five-course open-fire dinner, thoughtfully prepared by one of our Chefs beneath the open sky.

Hours of Operation
The Grille welcomes guests daily throughout the summer season. Lunch is served from 11:00am to 3:00pm, followed by our Happy Hour menu from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. Dinner service is available from 4:00pm to 9:00pm.

Cowboy Café – Now Open Daily from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Located on the main floor of the Bronze Buffalo Lodge, the Cowboy Café & Market offers a welcoming blend of quality and comfort. Begin your day with freshly baked pastries and a full selection of coffee and espresso drinks, or stop in for a quick bite before your next winter adventure. The market features curated snacks and gourmet treats—ideal for heading into the mountains or enjoying a relaxed day at the Ranch.

Howdy’s Poolside Food Truck – Closed for the Winter Season

When summer heats up in Teton Valley, Howdy’s Poolside Food Truck & Bar is the place to be. Located on the pool deck, it’s the perfect spot to relax, grab a bite, and enjoy a cold drink in the sun. Whether you’re taking a break from the pool, tennis, or pickleball, Howdy’s has everything you need to refresh and refuel. Casual, convenient, and full of flavor, it’s summer at the Ranch made easy.

Caddis Lake Overlook

Known affectionately as “The Tent,” the Caddis Lake Overlook offers stunning views of some of the most picturesque sections of the Bronze Buffalo Golf Course. This scenic site is a favorite for summer events, dinner parties, and cocktail hours. With seating for up to 150 people, the Caddis Lake Overlook is perfect for hosting both large and small gatherings.

Snake River Room

Located on the main floor of the Bronze Buffalo Lodge, the Snake River Room is perfect for meetings and events, accommodating up to 50 guests depending on your setup. Its close proximity to the Grille and Adventure Concierge makes it a convenient and flexible choice for any corporate gathering.

Byron Room

For smaller gatherings, the Byron Room is an ideal choice. Located within the Bronze Buffalo Grille, this private space offers an exclusive setting perfect for team meetings or intimate group events.
